HOW IT WORKS • Your company assigns roleplays with scenarios and personas configured for the reality of your market. • You train by voice, video or chat, straight from the app, with objections, interruptions and emotions that react to your performance. • At the end, the AI evaluates the conversation against the criteria your company defined and generates a full report: score, evidence with excerpts from the conversation, competencies and points to improve. THREE WAYS TO TRAIN • Voice: a real call with the persona, reacting to what you say and to your tone. • Video: a video call with the persona on screen, the way an online meeting actually goes. • Chat: a message conversation, with voice notes and PDF or Word files the persona reads and comments on. How fast you reply counts, just like in a real conversation.
