Level up your strength training. Log workouts seamlessly, hit new PRs, and track your fitness gains with StockFit.
StockFit is a strength training log that charts your progress the way a market charts a stock.
Every set you finish moves your Strength Index — one number built from your estimated one-rep max across thirty core lifts. Open the app and you see a line, a change since last week, and the lifts behind the move. Progress stops being a feeling and starts being a chart you can read.
CLIMB THE TIERS
Your Strength Index climbs a ladder, from Penny Stock to the Trillion Dollar Club.
SET A PRICE TARGET (STOCKFIT+)
Aim any lift at a weight and StockFit draws the line from where you are to where you're going, with a ring showing how far you've come and the month your current pace gets you there.
LOG A SESSION WITHOUT FIGHTING YOUR PHONE
Tap a set to complete it and the rest timer starts on its own. Previous weights and reps sit right where you need them, carried from the last time you actually did that set. A gold badge marks a personal record the moment you hit it, not at the end.
THE REST TIMER FOLLOWS YOU OUT OF THE APP
Lock the phone and the countdown keeps running on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity, turning green the second it's time for the next set.
A MUSCLE HEATMAP AFTER EVERY SESSION (STOCKFIT+)
Front and back body maps shade by how much each muscle actually took, derived from per-exercise contribution weights rather than a single tag per lift. You can see the session you actually trained.
ROUTINES, SUPERSETS AND MERGES
Build routines, drag to reorder, group supersets, and merge two routines into one session when the gym is busy and you have to improvise. Machine taken? Replace suggests the lifts that work the same muscles first.
APPLE WATCH
Start a session on your wrist or mirror the one running on your phone, with heart rate, zones and measured calories from the Watch itself. Log sets, run the rest timer, and sit out a lost connection — the Watch keeps the session and hands it back when the phone is near.
WIDGETS AND SIRI
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your Strength Index and its recent line, your streak, the week so far, and a one-tap start for today. Ask Siri to start a routine, or how your Strength Index and training week are doing.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT AN ACCOUNT
There is no sign-up, no email, no ads, and no analytics. Your training lives on your device and syncs across your own devices through your private iCloud, which only you can read. We run no servers of our own. Export a single workout or your entire history as CSV whenever you want it out.

I’ve used plenty of gym trackers, but StockFit’s stock-market approach to gains is easily the most creative concept I’ve seen in a while. Treating your exercises like individual tickers and your entire strength index like a portfolio chart makes progressive overload feel like managing a winning portfolio. The UI is ultra-clean and intuitive. What really stands out is the polish—the subtle animations, smooth screen transitions, and tactile feedback make logging a set quick and seamless during a rest interval. The workflow stays out of your way so you can focus on lifting, but the visual progression keeps you motivated to log the next session. Hands down one of the most refreshing fitness apps on the App Store right now.
Finally, a Workout App That Makes Training Feel Like an Investment
clayivblessings
This app completely changes the way you approach training. It combines the competitiveness and strategy of the stock market with fitness, making every workout feel measurable, engaging, and rewarding. The design is clean, the concept is incredibly unique, and the ability to track your progress and continuously improve makes it far more motivating than a traditional workout app. Easily one of the most innovative fitness apps I’ve used.

I never liked to use gym apps on my phone. All the ones I found I didn’t like. And i just memorized my workouts. But sometimes I would forget what exercise was next. Then I found StockFit and I would never use another app again. It’s perfect to see my growth. It also suggests what exercises to hit next which is great.
Best clean workout tracker out there!

I've tried a lot of gym tracking apps that feel bloated or hard to navigate while lifting, but StockFit hits the sweet spot. It's clean, lightning-fast to log sets, and gives great insights into strength progression. Essential tool if you take weightlifting seriously!
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Lift anyway.
