Ensō: Tasks, Notes & Calendar

Offline to do list & planner

Free · In‑App Purchases

Todos, calendar, notes, projects and reading in one calm app — fully usable offline, synced across iPhone, iPad, web and desktop. 14-day free trial. Ensō is a calm, complete home for everything you are keeping track of — tasks, plans, notes, reading and time — in one app that works whether or not you have a signal. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Agenda — today's tasks and events on one screen, so the day starts in one place. • Todo — lists, sections, nested subtasks, due dates, repeating tasks, and a Today view that shows only what actually matters now. • Calendar — multiple calendars with day, week, month and agenda views, and events that sit beside your tasks instead of in a separate app. • Notes — a page tree with a block editor: headings, checklists, toggles, tables, code, and databases you can filter and sort. • Projects — a lightweight work-breakdown tracker with durations, dependencies and a Gantt view, for plans too big for a checklist. • Reading list — save an article on your laptop and read it on your phone underground. Pages are cached, so offline really means offline. OFFLINE-FIRST, GENUINELY Every device keeps its own real database. You can read and write everything with no connection — on a plane, in a basement, on bad hotel Wi-Fi — and it reconciles when you are back. The merge engine is the same code on every platform, so two devices edited apart always land on the same answer. EVERYWHERE YOU WORK Ensō runs on iPhone and iPad, on the Mac, and in any modern browser. One account, the same data. Global search finds anything across every app, and History shows what changed and lets you restore it. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Vaults lock a list, calendar, project or notes folder behind a password with end-to-end encryption — the server stores ciphertext it cannot read. Export everything you have made whenever you want. No ads, no tracking, and we do not sell your data. FREE TO TRY Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card needed to begin. SUBSCRIPTION Ensō Premium keeps your devices in sync. • Premium Monthly — $7.99 per month • Premium Yearly — $79.99 per year Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
