NEW GAME: NOI TU (WORD CHAIN) The last syllable of one word starts the next: hoc sinh → sinh vien → vien chuc. Play the computer on three levels, or friends over WiFi. Over 40,000 words of two to four syllables, each with its meaning shown right under it — tap a word in the chain to see all its meanings. The input box is always ready at the bottom with the syllable to follow already filled in, so you only type the rest. The host chooses whether to accept only words from the list, or any word and let the players judge. Stuck? Tap Chịu to concede. TURN TIMER When creating a room, the host chooses how long each turn may take: off, 30, 60 or 90 seconds. A time bar shrinks as the turn goes on and the last ten seconds count down. When time runs out the app plays a move for that player, so the table never hangs. If the player on turn loses the connection, the clock pauses for a while to let them back in. If someone leaves mid-game, the host can abandon the game and start a new one. Noi tu against the computer can use the timer too — run out of time and you lose that game. ROOM SETTINGS IN PLAIN SIGHT House rules, number of players, the turn timer and the computer's level now sit right above the Open room / Start button, instead of below the whole list of games. FIXES At the largest system text sizes on small phones, the game picker no longer overflows the screen. A message that arrives twice in a row is now shown both times instead of being swallowed the second time. To play together over WiFi, both devices need to be on version 1.3.1.

TAM CUC: EVERY CARD FACE IS READABLE Narrow cards used to be drawn blank — on a two-player table more than half the face-up cards carried no text at all, so you could not tell what you were holding. Every card now carries its name: the full Vietnamese name when there is room, the short forms Tg S T X P M B when there is not, the same set the xiangqi board already uses. The in-room rules explain those letters. Screen readers now say the Vietnamese piece names instead of the Chinese characters. TIEN LEN: THOI HEO AND CONG ARE NOW SCORED At the end of a hand the scoreboard adds penalty points: one point per card left in hand; five more for a black two still held, ten for a red one; and the whole penalty doubles for a player who never got a card out. Nobody is penalised in a hand won straight off the deal. These are game points, on the same scale as the cards left in hand — no wager, no chips, no money. TIEN LEN: WHO OPENS Two- and three-player tables do not use the whole deck, so some hands are dealt with nobody holding the three of spades. The previous build hid that: it swapped the three of spades into the dealt half and rotated the hands so that the same seat always opened. The deal is honest now — when nobody holds it, a draw decides who opens, and that hand may be opened with any combination. On a rematch the winner of the previous hand deals, as at a real table. TIEN LEN: LESS REPEATED TEXT The seat strip on the board repeated what the scoreboard already said — names, cards left, whose turn it is — so it is gone. In its place is a line naming the player who plays right after you, which no screen used to tell you. FIXES At the largest system text sizes on small phones the board no longer overflows the screen, and the score column and waiting line no longer overflow sideways. Joining a room running a different version, a room that is already full, or a room that hands you a seat that is not at the table: the app now says which of those happened and keeps the message on screen, instead of flashing it and quietly retrying forever.

TWO NEW GAMES, SEVEN IN ALL Co tuong (xiangqi) — a 9x10 board, the pieces marked with the traditional Chinese characters. It has an engine written just for it, on easy, normal and hard. Perpetual check and perpetual chasing lose the game, as in tournament play, and 60 moves with no capture is a draw. Tien len — the southern Vietnamese shedding game on a 52-card deck. Thirteen cards each, two to four players. Runs and double runs are in; four of a kind or three consecutive pairs cut a two; and a lucky deal wins on the spot. Played for fun: no wager, no money. INVITING FRIENDS: FIXED The old version often showed the wrong address — the one belonging to AirDrop or to a VPN instead of the one on your WiFi. So scanning the QR code did not get anyone into the room, and neither did typing the address by hand; only "find rooms nearby" worked. The app now picks the right WiFi address, so all three ways in work. If the device has no usable network at all, it says so plainly instead of showing a meaningless string of numbers for you to type. FIXES The tam cuc table no longer overflows the screen on small phones with three or four players. The game picker that slides up from the bottom now scrolls, so a longer list no longer runs off the screen. Phones stay in portrait, so a stray turn of the wrist no longer flips the board mid-game. Tablets still rotate all four ways. O an quan gets a hand-sowing mode: tap pit by pit to drop the pebbles one at a time instead of watching the app do it in one go. A malformed message from another device no longer crashes the app; it shows a short error instead.
