Kung miyembro ka ng PhilHealth, may benepisyo kang gamot sa ilalim ng YAKAP: ang GAMOT (Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment) package. Ang TrueMed ay isang akreditadong PhilHealth GAMOT pharmacy sa Metro Manila. Ginawa namin ang app na ito para maintindihan ninyo ang benepisyo — at para makita kung anong gamot ang sakop.
ANG NASA LOOB
• Ang mga gamot na sakop ng GAMOT — 75 sa opisyal na listahan — hanapin sa pangalan, generic, o brand
• Bawat gamot: para saan ito, magkano sa TrueMed kung walang reseta, at libre kung may valid na GAMOT prescription
• Ang benepisyo, ipinaliwanag: YAKAP, GAMOT, UPSC, at kung ano ang dalhin
• Apat na tanong para malaman kung kwalipikado ka — at kung ano ang susunod
• Refill request at direktang linya sa botika
GUMAGANA KAHIT WALANG SIGNAL
Naka-bundle sa app ang buong listahan ng gamot. Walang account, walang tracking, walang ads. Ang presyo ay kuha noong petsang nakalagay sa app — para sa kasalukuyang presyo, tingnan sa truemed.ph.
MAHALAGA
Hindi po PhilHealth ang TrueMed. Isa po kaming pribadong botika na GAMOT-accredited. Ang PhilHealth ang nagdedesisyon kung kwalipikado kayo. Ang GAMOT prescription at UPSC code ay galing sa YAKAP clinic, hindi sa botika — hindi namin ito kayang i-issue o i-reissue.
Hindi kami nagbebenta o nagbibigay ng gamot sa loob ng app na ito. Ang lahat ng impormasyon dito ay panggabay lamang at hindi kapalit ng payo ng doktor o parmasyutiko. Walang dosing o payo sa paggamot na ibinibigay ang app. Sundin ang reseta ng inyong doktor.
Ang mga tuntunin ay batay sa PhilHealth Circular PC2025-0013 at sa opisyal na pahina ng PhilHealth. Puwedeng magbago ang mga ito — kumpirmahin po sa PhilHealth.

• Nasa loob na ng app ang GAMOT availment form — hindi na kailangang lumipat sa browser.
• Kunan ng litrato ang reseta at ang valid ID, pumirma sa screen, at ilagay ang address ng delivery.
• Binabasa ng app ang klinika at ang UPSC code sa litrato ng reseta at sinasagot na ito para sa inyo. Mababago pa rin ninyo lahat.
• Ang reference code lang ang naiiwan sa telepono — walang litrato, walang pirma, walang sagot na itinatago.

• Photograph your prescription and your valid ID, sign on screen, and give a delivery address.
• The app reads the clinic and the UPSC code off the prescription photo and fills them in for you. Everything stays editable.
• Only the reference code stays on your phone — no photo, no signature and no answer is kept.
