Your project's decisions — with their reasoning — in your pocket.
Review open questions dossier by dossier: Each one arrives with the options considered, a recommendation, the rationale behind it, a stated confidence, and what would change the answer. Accept or Override with one tap — and your answer lands as a real commit in your repository.
ADRs4AI is for people who build with AI collaborators and refuse to let the thinking evaporate. The method is simple: Decisions live as plain Markdown records in your repo, questions are first-class and findable, and every recommendation carries its reasoning. This app is the pocket half of that practice — for the questions that accumulate while you're away from your desk.
WHAT IT DOES
• Sign in with your GitHub token — it stays in your device's Keychain
• Import a repository and see its open questions as reviewable dossiers
• Read each recommendation with its full reasoning, not just a conclusion
• Accept with one tap, or write your own answer — either lands as a commit
• Works with any repository using the ADRs4AI record format
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
• No server of ours — your device talks to GitHub, and nowhere else
• No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no accounts
• No lock-in: Everything is plain Markdown in your repo; delete the app tomorrow and your records are still yours, still readable

Ratings & Reviews

Sign-in, reworked end to end:
• The GitHub approval page now opens in your own browser (or the GitHub app), where you're already signed in — with the code pre-filled when possible.
• Leaving the app mid-sign-in is fine: the flow resumes the moment you return instead of resetting.
• Tapping the code confirms the copy with a haptic and a checkmark.
• A "Get a new code" escape hatch is always available.
• Prefer not to authorize the app? The token sign-in notes why a fine-grained token is the least-privilege way to try ADRs for AI.
