Every round gives you a fixed number of moves. When they are gone, the round is over.
Nine High is a number puzzle about spending a budget you cannot refill. Drag your finger across touching tiles of the same value: sideways, up, down, or diagonally. The whole chain clears when you lift your finger. Hit your GOAL before the moves run out, or the round fails.
THE MATH THAT MAKES IT HURT
Your score for a chain is the square of what it adds up to. Black ×2, ×3, and ×4 multiplier tiles boost the total if you route through them. Three nines are worth 729. A longer chain with a ×3 multiplier can jump into the thousands in a single move.
So every turn you face the same question: do you spend a move clearing low tiles to set up something bigger, or take the safe points now? There is no timer, so think as long as you like. The moves never come back.
THE CAMPAIGN
Progress through 8 levels, each with a rising score target. Early rounds start small: fewer moves, a tighter board, and blocked tiles in your way. Later levels open up with bigger grids, more moves, higher numbers, and tougher GOALs.
Clear a level and keep going. Fall short and retry. Your progress saves automatically. Close the app and pick up where you left off.
After Level 8, 10 bonus rounds push the difficulty even further.
HOW TO PLAY
Drag through touching tiles of the same number. Diagonals count, so chains can wind across the board.
Lift your finger to clear the chain and score. Tiles fall, new ones drop in, and the board refills.
Include multiplier tiles in your path to multiply the entire chain before it is squared.
Chains that form on their own do not clear themselves. If you want them, you pay a move.
