You draw the streets, zone the land, and run the services. Then you press Advance Year and face what leading that city does to the person behind the desk. BUILD THE CITY Draw roads, zone homes, shops, and industry beside them, and watch buildings rise from real demand. Plant green buffers to shield homes from pollution. Place police, fire, schools, clinics, parks, and transit, then fund them. Set taxes by zone. Paint districts and give each one a focus. Expand the city limits when you run out of land. LEAD THE PEOPLE Every household has an opinion. Approval rises and falls with coverage, crime, traffic, and pollution, and the election comes whether you are ready or not. Policies trade money for mood, growth for calm. LIVE THE LIFE Each year brings a personal decision: a book deal, a partner who wants more of your time, a health scare, a scandal.
