Reminders now fit the time of day they arrive. A new morning reminder helps you start the day's food log, only on days you have not logged anything yet, and you can switch it off under You, then Notifications. Also in this update: small fixes and improvements.

New for Premium: What to eat. 70 meal ideas, each with a photo, sorted by how you feel today: rough day, not much appetite, feeling fine, or catching up on protein. Tell it you are vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan, or that you skip dairy, eggs or wheat, and it only shows meals that fit. The ideas follow published nutrition guidance for GLP-1 medications, with the sources on the page. Aria can suggest meals from it too. And when you tell her your dose has changed, she offers to update it for you. Changing your dose no longer moves your injection day. Photograph a meal is easier to find, comes with tips for a good photo, reads brand names on packets, and says whether the protein came from a label or an estimate. Also in this update: a check-in log that shows your last two weeks at a glance, a ruler to slide for your weight during setup, smoother charts, a new launch animation, the iPhone's own typeface throughout, and fixes for missed shots showing an old dose and the symptom graph marker sitting off its line.

Log symptoms straight from your chat with Aria. Tell her how you are feeling and rate it without leaving the conversation. Premium: photograph a meal and Zyptova names what is on the plate, estimates the protein, and logs it. Reminders now say something different each day, and arrive when you actually use the app rather than at a fixed hour. Also in this update: clearer onboarding, a fix for meals being logged that you never entered, and Aria now fits her advice to the time of day.
