ScreenLock locks your keyboard, mouse and trackpad with a single shortcut, and unlocks them with the same shortcut. Wipe the keyboard, hand the screen to someone, or let the cat sit on the desk without anything happening.
STAYS AWAKE WHILE LOCKED
Lock the input and the computer keeps working. ScreenLock holds the system awake while locked, so long-running agents, builds, downloads and renders keep going overnight instead of the machine dropping into sleep. Lock the keys, walk away, come back to finished work.
While locked the screen dims slightly and a lock badge appears in the centre. Everything else keeps running: a video keeps playing, a build keeps compiling, a presentation stays on screen.
FEATURES
• Choose your own shortcut in Settings; any key with a modifier, or a function key.
• Holds off sleep while locked (can be turned off); the display can still sleep.
• Adjustable screen dimming, and the lock badge can be hidden.
• Lives in the menu bar, no Dock icon.
• Optional launch at login.
ScreenLock never records what you type and never sends anything anywhere.
