A Strava activity’s climb, moving time, pace and speed are now Strava’s own, and a FIT file’s climb is the one your watch or head unit counted. Kilometres or miles: choose a poster’s units in Details. New posters follow your phone’s setting, or the one you pick in My account. With Adret Pro, the styles you save follow you to every device you sign in on, and so do the ones you saved before. Save one on your phone and it is waiting on your tablet; rename or delete it, and it changes everywhere.

Your posters draw faster, the first time and every time you change the style, the format or the relief. Opening Adret Pro from a menu in the editor no longer stops the posters in the Traces tab from opening. Until now, none would open again until Adret was restarted. On iPad with iOS 18, the share sheet now opens beside the button. It used to open off the edge of the screen, so nothing appeared.

Adret is now made for iPad and iPhone Duo, and fills their screens. Held sideways, the panels stand in a column beside the poster, and an iPhone Duo half open like a book puts the poster on one page and the panels on the other. New with Adret Pro: a film of your poster. In the menu of a story or a post, tap Share as a film: your route draws itself, then the whole poster appears, 9 seconds ready to post as they are. It takes a minute or two to make, and you can carry on in Adret meanwhile. If you allow it, a notification says when it is ready: tap it to share the film. TCX files import now too, like the ones Garmin Connect exports.

Your Strava activities, without hunting for a file: tap +, then Connect with Strava. Your photo under the poster. In Background, tap Photo and choose one from the day: the map, the track and the stats sit on top of it. The background becomes a veil in its own colour, and its opacity makes it lighter or denser, so the type reads even over a bright sky. Pinch the poster to look at a detail up close. It goes back as soon as you let go.
