MEASURE A ROOM IN MINUTES
Point your iPhone at the room and walk around it. Planroom uses the LiDAR scanner to capture walls, doors, windows and openings, then gives you:
- floor area, perimeter and ceiling height
- a table of every wall, door and window with width, height and area
- net wall area with openings subtracted — the number you actually paint or tile
- a clean floor plan with dimensions on it
EXPORT A PDF YOUR CLIENT WILL KEEP
One tap turns the scan into a PDF with your own company name and logo on it. Send it from the site before you leave.
BUILD AN ESTIMATE FROM REAL NUMBERS
Areas from the scan go straight into an estimate. Set your rates once and Planroom does the arithmetic in your currency.
