Space Lifetime

Your space legacy

$1.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Rare sky events — eclipses, Halley's Comet, the Apophis flyby — on a timeline built around your age. Offline, no account, handed down. Some things happen once in a lifetime. See which ones are yours. Space Lifetime turns rare astronomical events into a personal timeline built around your own age. Enter your first name and your birthday, and every total solar eclipse, comet return, planet transit and meteor shower arrives with the number that makes it real: "You'll be 36 when this happens." A LIVE COUNTDOWN TO THE NEXT EVENT • The next event in the sky — or the next one you plan to attend — sits at the top of the app with a live countdown and your age on that date. • 69 curated events from 1955 to 2134: total, annular and hybrid solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, Halley's Comet in 2061, the Apophis asteroid flyby in 2029, transits of Venus and Mercury, great conjunctions, meteor showers. • Every event tells you what it is, where on Earth it will be visible, and how rare it truly is. PLAN THE ONES YOU REFUSE TO MISS • Mark yourself attending, and add the people you are going with. • Send an event to your phone's calendar in one tap — eclipse trips get booked years ahead. • Reminders a year, a month, a week or a day before. Set them once and forget them. A LIFE LOG OF THE NIGHTS YOU SAW • When an event has passed, the app asks once: did you see it? Yes files it in your life log with your age that night. • Nights past: a searchable archive of everything the sky did during your lifetime. Log a night you remember with a single tap. • Memories: notes, photos and voice recordings attached to the events you witnessed. • Add your own events too — a birth, a first telescope, a night you will never forget. AN HEIRLOOM, NOT AN APP YOU DELETE • Add the people who share the sky with you and read your timeline across generations: your grandmother saw Halley's Comet in 1986 at 36; you will see it in 2061 at 42. • Your whole timeline exports as one backup file. Hand it to a child or a grandchild: they open it, add themselves, and continue the same timeline under their own name — memories, photos and voices included. • That file is plain JSON, JPEG and M4A inside a ZIP. Any file manager can read it, with or without this app, decades from now. BUILT TO LAST 100 YEARS • Fully offline. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no subscriptions, no tracking, no network access at all. Your timeline never leaves your device. • A dark theme made for the night sky, a complete light theme, and system matching. • Large, legible type, one-handed layout, and full Dynamic Type support. • 14 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai. Most people see Halley's Comet once. Space Lifetime makes sure you know when yours is.
