HMI Operator Panel, Template Preview and 6 New Problems
• NEW: HMI Panel — a touch operator panel that connects to the PLC by address, not by wire: buttons, lamps, gauges, numeric entry, bars and text. Full-screen editor; live in simulation.
• 2 new HMI templates: Tank Filling with HMI, Oven Recipe with HMI (27 templates in total).
• Live template preview: tap "Preview" on a locked template and watch the circuit run by itself — buttons pressed, selectors turned, thermal relay trips, tank fills.
• 6 new engineering problems (20 in total): irrigation pump dry-run protection, conveyor chain, mixing vessel, fault flasher, PLC-controlled heat-treatment oven, three-speed VFD.
• Simulation fixes: PLC inputs fed through contactor/relay contacts read correctly; a motor fed from the same phase no longer runs; the thermal relay only sees the overcurrent on its own branch; HMI and component behaviour even closer to a real panel.
• Colour and Duplicate buttons on the selected-component bar; wire label and colour bar; wire-clash and address-type warnings.
