ReplyPilot helps you prepare thoughtful, contact-specific replies for the moments when you cannot answer right away. Choose the people you trust, write a fixed fallback reply, and control how each rule behaves. ReplyPilot then guides you through the personal Message automation Apple requires in the Shortcuts app. REPLY ON YOUR TERMS • Create named rules for selected contacts • Turn automatic replies and AI drafting on or off per rule • Edit the fallback reply directly from the rule card • Set response delays, schedules, cooldowns, daily limits, and urgent phrases • Train a local writing style with guided questions • Add a conversation narrative and approved talking points PRIVATE BY DESIGN ReplyPilot does not read your Messages database or conversation history. It processes only the current message that you explicitly connect as Shortcut Input. Rules, selected contacts, writing examples, and safety history stay on your iPhone. On compatible devices, drafting uses Apple’s on-device intelligence features; a fixed local reply remains available when on-device drafting is unavailable. HONEST APPLE SHORTCUTS SETUP Apple does not allow third-party apps to create, inspect, enable, or send from a personal Message automation on your behalf. ReplyPilot gives you a guided setup and opens Apple Shortcuts at the correct point. Apple Shortcuts controls the trigger, and Apple’s Send Message action sends the prepared reply. FREE AND PRO The free plan supports one person and up to five automatic replies per day. ReplyPilot Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks unlimited people and unlimited daily replies. No subscription. Automatic behavior depends on the personal automation and permissions you approve in Apple Shortcuts. Availability of on-device AI varies by iPhone model, language, region, iOS version, and Apple Intelligence status.
