Swipe up to add a point, swipe down to take one point off that side. In doubles, the app shows who serves and who receives next.
You can score from Apple Watch too, and a finished match goes straight into your history.
■ The doubles serving order, on the board
In doubles, the serving order and the ends change from game to game.
So nobody has to stop and ask "who serves next?", the server and the receiver are on the board.
- [S] next to the server, [R] next to the receiver
- Service changes every 2 points, and every point from 10-10, are handled for you
- At a new game, tap the server from the pair with the service; the receiver follows from the game before
- The server's name is underlined, so you can read it from a distance
- The app can also call out the server's name at a change of service
- On Apple Watch, swipe sideways for the current server and receiver, in large type
■ Telling opponents apart (player profiles)
- Set gender, racket (shakehand, penhold, Chinese penhold), rubber (inverted, pips, anti-spin), glasses, height and handedness
- What you choose appears in short form under each name on the board
- In doubles all four profiles are on the board, so you can tell who is who
■ During the match
- A large landscape flip scoreboard. The numbers change color from 10 points
- Swipe up on the numbers to score. Swipe down to take one point off that side
- In the final game the app tells you to change ends at 5 points. The arrow button swaps the two sides
- Best of 1, 3, 5 or 7 games, and you can change the number during a match
- When a game or match ends, a copy button puts the losing score on the clipboard for a tournament system
- Banner ads appear on the settings and history screens; none on the scoreboard during a match or on Apple Watch
■ Apple Watch
- Swipe up on the left or right panel to score, swipe down to take one point off that side
- The link status is shown. If the sync lags, use "Resync Apple Watch" from the iPhone menu
* The Apple Watch app needs the iPhone app; a match cannot start from Apple Watch alone
* If it does not appear, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap Install in the list
■ The score, called out
- The score is called in English or Japanese (off, score only, or score + serving order)
- The start of a game, the change of ends and the end of the match are called in the language you choose
- The server's name is read at a change of service, and after you take a point off or correct the board
- The call is heard even in silent mode, and your ringer setting is not changed
- Choose the voice and the speed, and register an English pronunciation for a player if you need one
■ Keeping and looking back
- A finished match is saved to the history by itself, and can be turned off
- The point history is drawn as dots, and points won on your own service are green
- Match notes, opponent notes and a link can be saved with each match
- Rock-paper-scissors or a coin toss, and who chose what, can be kept as a note
- Filter the history by period, games or tournament, and edit or delete from the detail screen
■ Before the match
- Singles or doubles, the number of games, and the first server (in doubles: the pair with the service, then server, then receiver)
- The date, the venue and the tournament (leave it empty for practice)
■ Your records stay on the device
- No account, no sign-in
- Your match records are not sent over the internet
- The history and the player list can be exported and imported as JSON
- Up to 30 matches are kept on the device; delete or export them when it is full

A Closer Look
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Banner ads now appear on the settings and history screens. Not on the scoreboard, and not on Apple Watch
- You can now delete saved players one at a time
Fixes:
- The Flip speed you set in Display went back to its default when you reopened the app
- The Tournament and Venue entered before a match were not saved in the history
- In the point history and match details, the last dots of a game could be cut off
- The player profile editor could show the wrong name in its heading
- The doubles placeholder names A-1 to B-2 were added to your saved players (names already added are removed automatically)
- On the Player profile row in Settings, the player's name was too small to read
