Your record lives on this iPhone. No account to create, nothing uploaded to a company or pharma server, nothing sold. An optional encrypted backup is a single file only you can open.
LOG IN ONE TAP
Rate an attack 0–10 and you're done. Add detail when you want to: where it hurts (a tappable head map), triggers you noticed, symptoms, medication and whether it helped, and notes.
