A quiet app that helps you understand yourself and calm your inner world. A 21-day journey, 14 practical exercises, and a journal that never leaves your device. Sakina is a free awareness app about inner peace, and about how a person treats themselves when things get heavy. It promises no quick fix, and it does not ask you to be positive all the time. What it offers instead is small, clear steps: first notice what is happening inside you, then calm it, then build a habit that protects you. What you will find A 21-day journey Twenty-one days across three phases: Awareness, then Calming, then Building. Each day has a short lesson in plain language, a practical exercise you can do in minutes, a question you answer for yourself, and a spiritual touch drawn from a Quran verse, a hadith, or a dua, each with its source. 14 calming techniques A library you can open at any time, independent of the journey. It includes 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, body scan, progressive muscle relaxation, naming emotions, thought reframing, self-compassion, gratitude, mindful remembrance, mindful walking, emptying your thoughts before sleep, and the STOP technique. Breathing exercises are led by an animated on-screen timer, so you never have to count seconds yourself. Journal and mood tracking Log how you feel in a single tap, and write freely about what is going on inside, with prompts to help when you do not know where to start. Over time your pattern becomes visible. Seven awareness articles What inner peace actually is, the science of stress and what your body does under pressure, the difference between sadness and depression and when to seek help, the inner critic and how to lower its voice, healthy boundaries, sleep, and the kind of acceptance that is not surrender. A "when to ask for help" page Saudi mental health support numbers are inside the app with direct call buttons: the mental health support line on 920033360, and the Ministry of Health on 937. Privacy here is not a marketing promise This app has no server at all. It asks for no sign-in, no email, and no phone number. Your journal entries, your moods, and your journey progress are stored in your device's own storage and never leave it. There are no analytics, no ads, and no third-party libraries watching what you do. The app works fully offline. Arabic and English The interface and all the content exist in both languages, and you can switch between them at any moment. Dark mode follows your device setting, and a daily reminder is optional, at a time you choose. Completely free No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads. An important note Sakina is an educational awareness app. It is not a medical service, not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a substitute for a doctor or a mental health professional. If your difficulty persists or affects your daily life, reaching out to a professional is the bravest step. If you are in severe distress right now, call 920033360 or 937.
