番茄戒尺是一款 macOS 菜单栏番茄钟：到点就打断你，而不是再问一次「要不要休息」。 打开后看屏幕顶部菜单栏的番茄图标。点一下即可开始专注、打开设置或查看今日完成数。找不到图标时，再从启动台打开一次应用，会弹出设置窗口。 默认时长：专注 25 分钟、短休息 5 分钟、每 4 个番茄后长休息 15 分钟。专注结束后最多推迟 3 次；推迟会累计，并按比例加长休息。专注和休息都可以暂停、继续。 设置保存在本机，已登录 iCloud 时可在你的 Mac 之间同步。Bark 推送完全可选：不填 Key 也能完整计时。零售版按分钟计时，没有测试模式。 无需注册，没有广告，也不出售数据。
