Nakshatra is now shown alongside the tithi — in the Daily Tithi Info panel, on the Calendar, and in both PDF exports. The day's nakshatra is named plainly, and any change during the day is listed with its exact time. Panchak — the five-day window when the Moon crosses the last stretch of the zodiac — is now marked on the Calendar and in both PDF exports, with its exact start and end shown in the day detail. Fixed: the Smarta Janmashtami date is now computed from the classical rule rather than an approximation of it. This corrects 2021 from 29 to 30 August, matching every published source, and fixes a display bug where the shown Ashtami time window was sometimes wrong on years the observance shifts to the previous day. Fixed: the expanded explanation under a festival was showing times in UTC instead of your local time zone — for example, an event actually at 1:56 PM could read as 8:56 PM. It now matches the time shown right above it. Export → Share import link / QR now has a "with date of birth" option alongside "no date of birth," so a recipient can get an entry they can recompute for any year. Sharing a very large group of entries now shows a clear message instead of producing a link that silently fails to open.

Panchak is now marked on the Calendar. The five-day window when the Moon passes through the last stretch of the zodiac is shown as a band along the affected days, so it is visible at a glance. Tap a day and you get the exact start or end — with the date, the time and the timezone. The date matters: a Panchang day runs from sunrise to sunrise, so a window beginning after midnight is shown on the previous day but named with its own date. April 2025's window is marked from the 22nd but begins at 12:31 AM on the 23rd, and ends at 3:39 AM on the 27th although the 26th is its last Panchak day. Panchak is included in both PDF exports, written as a line in the day cell in the same style as the sunrise and festival lines. The export switch is now "Include festivals and observances", covering festivals, eclipses and Panchak together rather than adding another option. The grid PDF now has a colour legend. It previously had none, so the colours in a day cell were unexplained — it now keys tithi changes, sun times, Panchak, festivals and saved dates. Kundli cards now show plain initials on a tinted disc. Panchak times are computed from the Moon's actual position and were cross-checked against a published Panchang across six boundaries and a daylight-saving change. Two details worth knowing: a window covers five or six days rather than always five, because the Moon's speed varies over its orbit and the crossing takes anywhere from four to five days; and the day count can genuinely differ between two cities when the boundary falls between their sunrises. Eclipses now appear in Festivals — solar and lunar, with the type, the time of greatest eclipse, and the magnitude for lunar eclipses. An eclipse and the festival it falls on are both shown. Fixed: a saved date edited to add a birth time now appears on the Kundli tab. Previously it stayed hidden even though the time was saved correctly. Kundli charts now respond to swipes — move between all sixteen divisional charts without reaching for the selector. Long-pressing a card on the Kundli grid opens it for editing. Yogas now explain what each combination is traditionally held to mean, not just the placement that formed it. Ashtakavarga says what a high or low count implies, and each planet's view tells you how long that planet spends in a sign — from two days for the Moon to two and a half years for Saturn. Every divisional chart now says what it is read for, how much birth-time precision it needs, and what to look at first: strengthened planets, difficult placements, and supportive ones.
