Premium now reaches the phone by the cot by itself. • The phone by the cot joins your Premium automatically — after pairing or when you start listening. It doesn't need to be signed in. • "Video preview" can be turned on during the night and works the same night, without starting the watch again. • When the phone by the cot hasn't joined your Premium yet, the parent phone shows a clear "Connect it to Premium" button. • Clearer hints: messages tell you what to do instead of asking you to sign in on the phone by the cot. • Bug fixes.

Your role's screen is now the home screen, and the cot phone tells you plainly whether anyone is listening. • Everything on one screen. A paired phone no longer has a start screen underneath. Open "Your phones" with one tap on the row with your phones' names, and Settings with the gear in the corner, also while you are listening. • A video in another app on the parent phone no longer silences the room: the room keeps playing alongside it. • Start over on this phone. A new item in "Your phones": the phone forgets its pairing and its role, and you choose the role and pair it from scratch. Nothing is deleted on the other phones. During a watch or while listening, stop it first. • The night screen by the cot. Once unlocked, the line under the clock is a button that opens "Your phones", and the gear in the corner leads to Settings without ending the watch. When no phone is asking to listen, the screen says "Watching — alerts will arrive as notifications" instead of "Connecting…". • The Premium sheet links to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and for a subscription it says that it renews by itself and where you cancel it. • "Send feedback" now lives in Settings.

Dozeling now opens where you left it, and the room's sound comes back by itself after your headphones wander off. • Fixed: when Bluetooth headphones switched to another device — a Mac, a tablet — the room's sound could go silent on your phone while the screen still said the watch was live, until you pressed Listen again. Dozeling now restarts the sound by itself. If it cannot, the screen says it is reconnecting instead of showing a watch that makes no sound. • Straight to your screen. A phone that already has a role opens on it: the parent phone on listening, the cot phone on its watch. The start screen is still one step back, with Settings and pairing. • A way out of the night screen. On a cot phone that is watching, the long press that unlocks the controls now also shows Back, so you can reach Settings without ending the watch. From the same screen you can open "Your phones" and free a place for another phone. • A phone that was turned away because every place was taken now gets in when a place frees up. You no longer need to restart the app. • I have a code. If you were given a Dozeling code, enter it in the Premium sheet or in Settings. Apple's own window checks it. A code gives one month of Premium that ends by itself and costs nothing. • The switch "Crash reports and usage statistics" now names both things it turns off, and the cot phone has it too. Off means nothing is sent, starting immediately. • The night report on the cot phone now covers the whole night, also when the phone sat on a charger at 100% all night.

Dozeling now speaks German, and it tells you sooner when a watch has stopped working. • German. The whole app is now available in German, next to English and Polish. It follows the language of your iPhone. • If the app on your phone stops listening — it crashed, or it was swiped away — the warning no longer comes just once. It repeats after 2, 3, 5, 9 and 15 minutes, then stops. • The cot phone can now raise the alarm itself. If it has been trying to reach you for fifteen minutes and got nothing back, it sends you a notification over the internet, which does not depend on the app still running on your phone. A Focus mode or the silent switch can still hold it back. Tapping it starts listening again. • The listening screen tells you where the room's sound is playing — speaker, headphones or a car kit — and if the sound leaves your phone while the app is in the background, you get a notification. • The cot phone picks the connection back up when your phone returns, even after it had stopped trying. • Invite a caregiver: in Settings you can now send the App Store link to someone else who looks after your baby. They pair with the code from the cot phone, just like you. • After a good night, Dozeling may ask for a rating — once, in the morning, through the standard iOS dialog. Never during a watch.

One fix, for something that could quietly cut a night short. • Taking your headphones out no longer ends the watch. AirPods send a pause signal by themselves when they leave your ear, and the monitor was reading it as "stop". Unplugging wired headphones and a car kit driving away did the same. Now only Stop ends a watch, and the sound simply moves back to the speaker.

This release comes from the first real night with a baby — and it fixes things a desk cannot show you. • The monitor stopped listening when Bluetooth switched over in the house. A device connecting and disappearing was enough: the app waited for a signal the system had no reason to send, and was suspended in the background soon after. It now resumes listening at once. • If listening goes quiet, something wakes you. Until now both halves of that truth only arrived in the morning. • The phone at the cot offers a connection again when the parent's phone comes back after a longer absence — a tunnel, a restart, a flat battery. • On iPad the room light now works the way it can: an iPad has no torch, so the light is a white screen with the front camera. The button now tells the truth about what it will do. • The night report no longer gets the battery wrong. Nothing was taken out of the night itself: listening, alerts, video and cry detection work as before.

Pairing now works reliably on every device. We also went through the app looking for places where a control or a sentence promised something the app did not do: - The owner of a failed card is now the first to hear about it, not the last. - A refusal to join a session always says so, instead of leaving you on "Connecting..." forever. - Switches at the cot now show what will actually run tonight. - The sign-out warning no longer threatens to break your pairing, which it never did. Nothing changed in the night itself: listening, alerts, video and cry detection work exactly as before.

The iPad by the cot Dozeling now runs on iPad. An old tablet on a charger is a natural phone to leave by the cot, and from this version the night screen is designed for a big screen rather than stretched from a phone. Also in this update: — Smart detection tells the truth about itself. An alert now distinguishes a confirmed cry from a plain loud sound, and the promise in the app describes exactly what the model does. — Premium expiry is visible straight away. Settings and the listening screen say what state your subscription is in — including a failed payment, which now leads straight to your subscriptions in the App Store. — Restoring purchases no longer stays silent. When the App Store does not answer, you get a sentence about it instead of a button that waits forever. The free monitor is unchanged: live room audio, alerts and waking your screen always work.
