FMC Keyboard

Type in CDU layout

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

FMC keypad, now on your iPhone. Alphabetical grid, amber glow, real haptics. Type every day and the layout becomes muscle memory before your next sim session. Type like you're flying the 737. FMC Keyboard replaces your iPhone keyboard with the Boeing 737 CDU/FMC keypad. THE POINT IS THE LAYOUT Real CDU keypads aren't QWERTY. They're alphabetical, and finding keys on one under pressure takes practice. Use CDU Keyboard for your everyday texting and the layout stops being something you search and starts being something you know. Free training, every message you send. A REAL KEYBOARD, NOT A NOVELTY Everything you actually need is here: • Alphabetical A-Z grid with N/E/S/W outlined like the real unit • Smart auto-capitalisation — amber letters show the next key will be upper case • Shift, and double-tap for caps lock (amber outlines) • Numbers, symbols and a full emoji page, one key away • SP: tap twice quickly for ". " • CLR: delete a character, hold to repeat • DEL: delete the previous word, hold to clear the whole field • Return key lights up when there's something to send • Crisp haptic feedback on every keypress WHO IT'S FOR • Line pilots keeping the layout sharp between trips • Student pilots and type-rating candidates • Flight sim enthusiasts on PMDG, ZIBO, MSFS or X-Plane • Anyone who wants their phone to look like a cockpit PRIVACY FMC Keyboard never collects, stores or transmits anything you type. There is no analytics, no network access, no logging. Full Access is optional and is used for one single thing: unlocking haptic feedback, which iOS mutes in keyboards without it. Say no and everything else still works. SETUP Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > FMC. Then hold the globe key in any app and pick FMC. Unlock the keyboard once in the app — monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Buy it once, fly with it forever.
