Solve it against the clock, keep your streak alive, and see where you land on the public leaderboard, ranked by time, not luck. Miss a day and the streak resets; that's the whole stakes. There are no hints or second chances in this mode, so it stays fair for everyone. OR JUST PLAY Four difficulties from Easy to Expert, at your own pace, with a clock you can hide if it makes you rush. Three mistakes ends a grid. Take one second chance and the run still counts toward your best time, stats and badges. Set free hints from zero to four in Settings, and earn up to three bonus hints per puzzle with a short optional ad. KYŪ, NOT JUST A NAME Kyū (級) is the grading system martial arts and go use on the way up, before dan rank. Kyu Sudoku keeps sixteen flower badges across five axes: puzzles solved, leaderboard placement, streak length, hardest boards mastered, and Daily Challenges completed. KYU SUPPORTER A one-time purchase unlocks all three bonus hints on every puzzle and free second chances, forever, with no ads and a small mark on your profile. It buys convenience, never a win. • Second chances: after your third mistake in a casual game, you can watch a short ad to keep playing. Kyu Supporters get second chances free, with no ad. • Fewer ads: the banner and the ad after each puzzle are gone. The only ads left are ones you choose to watch. • Highlight mistakes is back in Settings, as a display-only option. • Daily Challenge scores now count correctly for players in every time zone. • Fixes and polish.
