Log symptoms, meals, medications, outdoor exposure, and everyday observations in one timeline. Add local pollen, air quality, and humidity when you choose to use location or select a city.
As you build a record, Runny day highlights possible recurring patterns based on your own entries. It explains what was observed and keeps uncertainty clear — it does not diagnose allergies, identify causes, or replace medical advice.
