Car Handovers is proof for every vehicle you move. Record a collection or delivery, get both signatures on the spot, and send the customer a locked report. Built for drivers, handover agents and transport teams moving cars, vans, minibuses, artics and motorbikes. Guided photos Choose how many photos the record needs and the app shows where to stand for each one. Check each shot as you take it, and retake any that aren't right. Weather and lighting are recorded with every set. Damage on the diagram Pick the area on the vehicle diagram, set the type and severity, and add close-ups. Every mark carries through to the report. The right checklist Documents and keys, equipment, vehicle status, and fuel or charge level. Questions change with the vehicle type, so a van, an artic and a motorbike each get the checks that apply. Turn off what your team does not need, or add your own. Signed on the spot The driver signs, then hands the phone to the customer. If the customer is not there, the report says so and records why. A report that stands up Every handover becomes a timestamped, locked report with photos, damage, answers and both signatures. Send it by email or link, or share the PDF. Works offline Car parks and depots rarely have signal. Handovers save on the phone and send as soon as you reconnect. Your branding Add your company name, logo and colour, and they replace ours across the app and on every report. Pause and continue Stopped halfway? Everything stays on the phone, so you can pick up where you left off. Available in five languages. Start with a free week. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your account settings. Car Handovers is a product of Loada.
