A BOARD YOU CAN DRAG
Three columns, To-do, In progress, Done. Drag a card from one to the next and its status changes. No menus, no dialogs. The Done column shows the last seven days, so it stays a record of progress rather than an ever-growing pile.
PROJECTS THAT KEEP THINGS APART
Group work by project and give each one its own focused list. Client work in one place, home in another, and a single view when you want to see everything at once.
DUE DATES YOU WILL ACTUALLY NOTICE
Overdue tasks are called out plainly. Due today, due tomorrow, due in three days, written the way you would say it, not as a date you have to decode. Flag the handful that really matter.
YOUR LIST ON EVERY MAC
Turn on iCloud and your tasks follow you to your other Mac, and survive reinstalling the app. If two Macs ever disagree, Uplist keeps both versions and tells you. Nothing is quietly thrown away.
MAKE IT LOOK RIGHT
Light, dark, or follow the system. Three text sizes. Choose your own accent color and your own colors for to-do, in-progress and done. Quiet scroll bars, because a to-do list should be calm.
APPLE INTELLIGENCE, ON macOS 26
On Macs running macOS 26 with Apple Intelligence available, Uplist can explain what a vaguely worded task actually involves, and summarize what you finished. It runs on your Mac. If your Mac does not support it, the feature simply is not there, and nothing else changes.
PRIVATE BECAUSE OF HOW IT IS BUILT
Uplist has no network access at all. Not for analytics, not for crash reports, not for anything. There is no server to send your tasks to, because the app cannot reach one. The only place your data goes is your Mac and, if you choose, your own iCloud account.
BUILT FOR THE MAC
A real Mac app, written in SwiftUI. It remembers where you left your window, which list you were on, and how wide your sidebar was. Keyboard shortcuts where you expect them.
