RentnRide is the counter software for Bangladeshi bike and car rental businesses — one place that decides whether a vehicle is free, so the same bike is never promised to two customers by two of your staff.
ONE PLACE DECIDES WHAT IS FREE
Bookings, extensions, vehicle swaps and maintenance blocks all run through the same availability logic. No khata, no separate phones, no double-booking.
WALK-IN TO KEYS ON ONE SCREEN
Take a walk-in on a single screen: phone number, vehicle, how long. It keeps working when the line drops — the counter never stops on 2G, and everything queues and syncs when the signal returns.
DEPOSITS ARE NEVER COUNTED AS RENT
জামানত is held separately from what the customer owes. Dues, advances and deposits stay distinct by construction, so your money numbers are honest.
OVERDUE IS WORKED OUT FOR YOU
Overdue rentals are recalculated continuously and surfaced with ready WhatsApp message templates, so a late return is chased before it becomes a loss.
HANDOVER WITH PHOTOS, BOTH ENDS
Record odometer, fuel and condition with photos when the vehicle goes out and again when it comes back. Images are compressed for a slow connection.
NID HANDLED THE WAY THE LAW EXPECTS
Customer ID numbers are stored hashed, and ID photos are deleted once a dispute closes. Exports never carry PINs, NID or licence numbers.
PAPERS AT A CHECKPOINT
A QR sticker on the bike shows registration, fitness, tax and insurance validity — the rider can prove the papers are current without calling you.
THE 5 A.M. TELEGRAM DIGEST
One message each morning: what is going out, what is overdue, and which documents are about to expire.
YOUR OWN CUSTOMER PAGE
A branded booking page at yourname.rentnride.app, with WhatsApp built in, so enquiries arrive as records instead of missed calls.

The build you have went out without permission to use the network, so sign-in, bookings and handovers waited for a connection that never came. Sorry. This one reaches the network, and work saved offline sends itself when signal returns.
It also brings the app's own typeface, each screen's name at the top, Today's counters as a list with the figure first, and Settings opening on your shop.
