Noctera blocks ads with Apple's on-device AI — no filter subscriptions, no account, no cloud. Nothing you browse ever leaves your iPhone. Noctera is a web browser that blocks ads the way a person would — by looking at the page. Apple's on-device AI examines suspicious page elements and hides the ones that turn out to be ads, sponsored inserts, or consent nags. No filter-list subscriptions to keep fresh, no cloud service reading your traffic. Everything happens on your iPhone. HOW IT WORKS Every page loads through two layers. A built-in blocklist stops known ad and tracker networks before they load. Then Apple's on-device foundation model inspects what slips through — promoted content, native ads, newsletter overlays — and hides what it catches. Watch the shield pulse while it scans; the counter shows what it blocked. IT LEARNS When the AI confirms an ad, Noctera remembers. The element becomes a durable rule for that site, and ad hosts confirmed across multiple sites get blocked network-wide. The browser gets quieter the more you use it. Spotted a mistake? Every learned rule has a toggle — flip it off and the element comes back instantly.
