Added Animal and Plant templates for change albums. Dog and cat photos align using both eyes. A pot-base guide helps you photograph plant growth from the same position. The camera screen is simpler, and you can turn on Auto capture when you need it. Alignment reference photos are now leveled automatically. Changing the reference also realigns the photos in that album. We fixed a video recording error and improved sticker borders and the cutout animation.

The camera always shows a 3×3 grid. For faces it guides the angle too, not just the eyes: “lower your chin a little.” Rotate and shift a shot after taking it to match yesterday. The original stays untouched, and Reset brings it back anytime. Pick one shot as the alignment reference and the time-lapse and camera guide line up to it. Drop in a video and the frame that best matches yesterday becomes its cover. Photos are saved at your camera's native size. 4K time-lapses come out sharper. Link a memory album to a Photos album. Whatever you add there follows when you open the album. Favorites show a heart while you pick photos. Onboarding asks “Which albums do you need?” Pick change or memories and the albums are created right there. Photos you pick become stickers too. Hide any album from Home in its settings. Face and skin albums start hidden. Fixed: a blank screen after deleting a shot, adding photos or videos to a change album that claimed success without adding, and silence when a photo couldn't be saved to Photos.

Change tab: albums you shoot daily in the same framing (face, body, baby, pet) now live in one tab. Today's albums sit at the top. Sticker time-lapse: a flipbook theme that flips cut-out stickers on paper. Swipe between photo and sticker themes and share right away. Stickers in your diary: add stickers from the shelf, then move, rotate, and resize them. They stay where you put them. Stickers by album: see just one album's stickers from its detail screen. Long press to save one as an image. Sticker pile: a new style for memory album videos. Stickers stack up from the bottom, one by one. Move photos from This Week into an album. Streak: adding a photo, writing an entry, or leaving an album note all count for the day. Miss a day and the next one keeps it alive. Backup: your album setup, notes, diary, and sticker positions go up, and photos stay in the Photos app. Restoring reads them back from Photos. The daily question is gone. Diary entries are a title and text.

Simplified and Traditional Chinese are here. Photos you save to the Photos app can now be grouped into an album for each record, like "Yesterme - Body". They also keep the date you took them, so exporting a year of shots no longer piles them all onto today. Backup arrived. Put your photos on iCloud or Google and get them back on a new phone. Reminders can be turned off per record. Keep one quiet and let the rest ring as before. Settings are shorter, and there is less to decide when you start. Turn on Reduce Motion and the celebrations actually go quiet.
