Nosdesk is a helpdesk for support and IT teams. The app is the complete Nosdesk on your iPhone and iPad: the same workspace your team uses on the web, wherever you are. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Work your queue: your active tickets with status and priority on every row, ready to pick up and update as you go. • Reply on the move: answer the requester, or add a private note only your team can see. • Leave a voice note when typing is not an option. It plays right in the ticket. • Get push notifications when a ticket is assigned to you or someone replies. • Check the dashboard: your tickets, the unassigned queue, ticket volume and SLA health. • Look up any device to see who has it and where it lives. ON IPAD Nosdesk on iPad shows the full layout: the sidebar, the ticket details beside the conversation, and complete tables for tickets and assets. YOUR SERVER OR OURS Use Nosdesk Cloud, or self-host Nosdesk on your own servers. The app connects to either: pick your server the first time you open it. Sign-in uses the same single sign-on as the web app, and your session is kept in the device’s secure storage. You need a Nosdesk workspace to use the app. Find out more at nosdesk.com.

Documents and tickets can hold tables. Update to open any page that has one. Before a sensitive action, such as signing out your other sessions, Nosdesk asks you to confirm it's you. Workspace admins can manage the people in their own workspace, and restore people who were removed. Fixes and improvements throughout.
