Bill reminders Get a notification before each bill is due — on the day, the day before or three days ahead, at the time you choose. Tap Record payment and the expense opens already filled in and linked to the bill, so the reminder stops once it's paid. Make this a bill Turn any payment into a recurring bill from its detail screen, or swipe it in the list. Fixed amount or a range, weekly to yearly. Tap a bill to change it, pause it or delete it. Receipts Scan a ticket, pick a photo or attach a file, and it's stored with the transaction on your server. When you add one to a new expense, FireFlow reads the total, the date and the shop for you — on your phone, nothing sent anywhere. No signal? The receipt waits and uploads with the transaction. FireFlow is now on your wrist and your Home Screen. - Apple Watch app: see your balances at a glance and add an expense in three taps — pick a payee, type the amount, save. New places can be dictated. If your server can't be reached from where you are, your iPhone keeps it and sends it later. - Complications: put a balance, this month's spending, what's left in a budget or your net worth on your watch face. - Widgets: Home Screen (small, medium and large) and Lock Screen widgets showing the figure you choose. The large widget lists your accounts — pick which ones in the widget and set their order in Settings → Widget accounts. - New transaction button for Control Center, the Lock Screen and the Action Button. - Widgets and the watch respect Hide balances and the Face ID lock, and say when their numbers were last updated. - Fixed: expenses added through Siri at a new place are now saved with that place as the payee.

Never lose a transaction to a bad connection. - Saving works even when your server can't be reached. Before, if your phone had signal but couldn't reach your Firefly III server (away from home without your VPN, or the server was down), FireFlow showed an error and the transaction wasn't saved. Now it's kept on your phone and sent automatically as soon as your server is reachable again. The same goes for duplicating and deleting transactions. - Siri: say the payee in the same phrase ("Add an expense at Soriana in FireFlow") and Siri only asks for the amount. A card shows the amount, payee, account and category so you can check before saving. - Search FireFlow and open accounts, payees and transactions from Siri and Spotlight. - About now shows your server's Firefly III version.

Talk to FireFlow. - Add with Siri: say "Add an expense in FireFlow" and Siri asks how much and which payee, then saves it, even with no signal (it syncs when you're back online). - Name the payee up front: "Add an expense at Soriana in FireFlow" for payees you've used before. - See before you save: Siri shows a card with the amount, payee, account and category it picked, so you can check its guesses at a glance. - New Siri on iOS 27: "Search FireFlow for Soriana", "Open my credit card in FireFlow", or "open this one" about a transaction on screen. - Spotlight: find your accounts and payees from system search. Names only, never amounts, and nothing is indexed while Face ID lock is on. - Shortcuts: both actions are available in the Shortcuts app. - Settings now shows your server's Firefly III version, and you can rate FireFlow from About. - Refreshed demo data. As always: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your data stays between your iPhone and your server.
