Press ⇧⌘V and the picker opens over whatever app you are in: type to search, ↑ and ↓ to move, Return to paste it straight back where you were working. ⌘1 through ⌘9 jump to the first nine results. Not one. There is no account, no sync, no analytics and nothing to activate, so your clipboard has nowhere to go but your own Mac. Clips that apps mark concealed, transient or auto-generated — what password managers set — are never recorded. And in Preferences → Privacy you can name any app whose clipboard Copylog should ignore entirely. That check runs before the clipboard is read, so the content is never even looked at. Pasting for you needs permission to post keystrokes, which macOS asks for once; decline it and every clip still copies to the clipboard for you to paste yourself.
