Zula Travel
City compass, written by hand
Free · In‑App Purchases
Point the phone. The city sorts itself. See what's ahead, how far it is, and whether it's open, then turn what you save into a trip
Point the phone. Zula names what is in front of you, how far it is, how long on foot, and whether the door is open right now.
A compass, not a directory. Turn your body and the list turns with you, nearest first, in the direction you are actually facing.
WRITTEN, NOT SCRAPED
Over 300 places across 18 countries, every one written by hand by somebody who went. No stars, no rankings, and nobody can pay their way in. A dated line from a person who stood there last week beats a score out of five.
WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
The catalogue sits on your phone. Anywhere you have already opened stays open in flight mode. No account needed for any of it. Sign in only if you want your saves to follow you to a new phone.
SAVE FROM ANYWHERE
Send a post, a reel or a dropped pin into Zula from any app. It lands with its own picture, a way back to the original, and space to write down why you kept it. If it is a place we already hold, it joins what we know.
ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
A widget showing the place ahead of you as a photograph, with the distance and, when it matters, the hour the light goes. Three sizes.
POINT THE CAMERA AT A SIGN
Hold the Camera Control at a building with its name on it. Zula offers the entry it holds, photograph and all.
ASK WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
"What's open near me in Zula." "Save this in Zula." "What have I saved." From Siri, the Action Button, or a button in Control Centre.
IT KNOWS IT'S RAINING
On a wet afternoon the suggestions keep you under cover, and say so. An overcast sunset stops sending you up a hill for a golden hour that is not coming.
JOURNEYS
27 routes drawn from the same catalogue. Each one runs several places in an order that works on foot, and names the month worth going in.
NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO RANKING
Nothing tracks you between apps. Nothing is boosted. The only thing deciding what you see is where you are standing and which way you are pointed.

1. Fixed a crash that could happen when tapping Continue in the introduction.
2. The introduction's typing feels smoother, with clearer, gentler vibrations.
