A medical bill arrives, or a lab result, or a letter from your insurer, and it is written for anyone except you. Clariti reads it and explains it back in plain English.
Attach a document — a bill, an Explanation of Benefits, a lab result, a radiology report, a discharge summary, a medication list — and Clariti tells you what it says, points at the exact wording it came from, and helps you work out what to ask next.
WHAT YOU GET
• A plain-English explanation, grounded in your document. Every point cites the section it came from, so you can check it.
• The things worth a second look, flagged. Careful wording like "may correlate" means something specific, and Clariti says what.
• Questions for your clinician or your billing office, written for you to take to the appointment or the phone call.
• A short explainer video for a document you want walked through rather than read.
• Compare a result to an earlier one and see what actually changed.
• Email check-ins, so a follow-up you meant to do does not quietly disappear.
WHAT CLARITI IS NOT
Clariti explains wording. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it does not decide what your insurer owes. It is not a substitute for your clinician, and it is not an emergency service. Anything urgent belongs with a medical professional.
Your documents are yours. They are used to produce your explanation and nothing else — not to train models, not sold, not used to build a profile of you. You can export everything or delete your account outright from inside the app.
CLARITI PLUS
Three document analyses and one explainer video are free. Clariti Plus removes the caps and adds document comparison and email check-ins.
Clariti Plus is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
