Sleep Sanity is the sleep tracker built for parents who are running on no sleep themselves. Log a night, a nap, or a feed in one tap - no forms, no fuss - right from your phone at 3am. A live nap timer counts up while your baby is down, so you always know how long they've slept without doing the math yourself.
Every log becomes part of your baby's history: a day-by-day timeline of tickets you can scan at a glance, plus charts that turn weeks of naps and night-wakes into a simple sleep score you can actually read while half-asleep.
Sleep Sanity also includes an age-based sleep plan that walks you through a gentle, structured sleep-training method, step by step, adjusted to your baby's age and stage. Bedtime and nap reminders keep you on schedule without watching the clock. Sleep is a team sport. With household sync, each parent signs in with their own Google account, invites their partner, and sees the same logs update in real time - about a second apart - on both phones. So whoever's on duty tonight has the full picture, not just their half of it.
