The receipt is enough. AN ANSWER, NOT A SCORE A score out of 100 grades food against nobody in particular. Nuvi reads the label, the ingredients, the macros and the real portion, and weighs all of it against your goal. Same shelf. Two people. Two answers. THE GRADE, WHEN YOU WANT IT Every product also gets a grade from A to D for how processed it is: ingredients, sugar, salt and fiber. The grade never changes with your goal. The verdict does. YOUR DAY, IF YOU WANT IT Keep what you scan and the day adds up on its own: calories, protein, carbs and fat against the plan you set. No streaks to keep alive. Skip a day and nothing happens.
