The app now speaks Japanese and Korean. Set it under More, or leave it on Automatic and it follows your phone. Landscape, for a phone that sits on the camera. The light meter puts the viewfinder on one side and the readings on the other; the lab shows the list beside the roll you picked. It is off by default and switched on under More — portrait stays the way the app works. The lab page is rebuilt. Rolls now sit on a timeline in the order things happened, each showing where it stands and the photos that are on it, without having to open anything. You can search by state as well: waiting, sent, developed. In the photo view, swipe up or down to close it — the way you already do everywhere else. Taking a photo through the app now flashes, the way a shutter does, and cards open a little more calmly. Camera name suggestions find what you type anywhere in the name, not only at the start — "canonet" now finds the Canon Canonet. Fixed: a backup could overwrite a full iCloud file with an empty one when the app had just been reinstalled. Tapping a photo from the middle of a roll opened the first one instead. And the location question no longer stalls when you tap "Time & place" for the first time.

Roll numbers. Every roll you load now gets a five-character code. Write it on the canister and a scan that comes back from the lab still finds its entry. A manual. Seven chapters under More, one per page, including the things that are easy to miss. The camera card, rearranged. The frame counter sits at the top, and everything about the loaded roll — film, roll number, length, New roll — stands together in one block instead of scattered across the card. Light meter: freezing now holds the picture as well, not just the numbers. A short tap when you count a frame, take a photo or file a roll. Icons instead of emoji, drawn in the same style as the rest of the app. Date fields keep their height while empty and show the date format you have set — they no longer look half-drawn until you tap them. Smaller things: the menu bar gets out of the way when the keyboard opens, and the version of the app and of iOS now stand at the foot of More.
