Automatic text extraction supports receipt images and single-page PDFs. Multi-page PDFs remain attached for manual review. Ambiguous amounts, dates or currencies may require manual entry; check every field against the original before saving.
When something goes wrong, build a visible evidence checklist and a request draft. Missing evidence stays visible. The app never treats a model guess as a verified policy, and it never automatically sends a claim, refund request, cancellation, or merchant message.
