Ordinary reminders get silenced by Focus and Do Not Disturb. Pillar uses a real system alarm — the kind your Clock app uses — so your dose actually gets your attention. Pillar is a medication reminder built around one idea: the reminder has to actually reach you. Most pill reminders use ordinary notifications. Those get silenced by Focus, muted by Silent mode, and swiped away without a second thought. Pillar uses a system-level alarm instead — the same category of alert your Clock app uses — so a dose reminder behaves like an alarm, not a notification you can miss by accident. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Your day as a simple timeline. The dose that needs attention sits front and centre with two large buttons — Taken and Snooze. One tap and it's logged. Nothing else on the screen competes with it.
