LEAST verifies the challenge locally with Apple's Screen Time report. On first launch, allow Screen Time and select LEAST once in Apple's app picker. LEAST ranks apps on this iPhone only; websites are excluded. Once Apple's Screen Time has finalized the previous day after midnight, a strict #1 finish adds a dot. Ties do not win.
