Unprompt is a retro calendar that makes visible what you never see. No blocking, no lecturing, no imposed goal. You see, you compare, you choose.
NOTHING TO COUNT
• On iPhone, you pick your AI apps once, and Screen Time counts for you
• On Mac, Unprompt for Mac reads the local logs of your coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others), the Claude app and ChatGPT activity, and watches your desktop AI apps
• Unprompt never knows what you ask: only that you turned to AI, and when
