Lean Day Toolkit
Audits, waste and time studies
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Lean Day Toolkit is for the person who walks the floor.
Open it, capture what you find in under a minute, and walk away with a
record and a list of actions that have an owner and a date. Everything
happens on the phone. There is no account to create, no server to reach,
and nothing to sync.
WHAT IT DOES
• 5S audits — score 0 to 4, photograph the finding, watch the trend per
area. Anything scored badly raises an action automatically.
• Waste — log the eight wastes in two taps, see a weighted Pareto of what
keeps happening.
• Time study — a stopwatch, or a full element study with per-step
statistics, rating and allowances. Compare any cycle against takt.
• Study from a recording — mark up a video at half speed at your desk.
• SMED — turn a changeover study into a list of steps to move off the line.
• Boards — SPQDC day by day, hour by hour with reasons, end-of-shift report.
• Checklists — build your own, schedule them daily, weekly or monthly per
area or per asset, and see what is still owed today.
• Kaizen — capture an idea, score it on impact and effort, plot it, and
measure what actually changed.
• Before and after — photograph it, fix it, photograph it again, print one
A4 sheet. It will not publish without a number that moved or an owner
with a date.
• Problem tools — 5 Whys, A3, takt, OEE, VA/PCE, line map, near miss.
• Reports — audit PDFs, a spreadsheet of every finding, the week on one
page, wall posters and visual standards.
THE PART THAT MATTERS
Most tools let you record a problem. This one carries it forward. A failed
audit question, a red day on the board, a missed check, a logged waste and a
near miss all raise the same thing: a tracked action with a source you can
tap back to. Nothing needs remembering, and nothing quietly disappears.
LEARNING INCLUDED, ALWAYS FREE
31 narrated films, 26 animated lessons, 20 tool videos, an 18-term glossary
and a quiz. Written for supervisors, not for consultants. The learning
section never locks.
PRIVACY
Your work stays on the device. There is no account, no server and no sync:
audits, photos, studies and reports are written to this app's own storage and
go nowhere until you share a file yourself. Nothing is collected, and nothing
is sent to us or to anybody else.
WORKS IN
English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Turkish.
FREE TO START, ONE PAYMENT FOR EVERYTHING
Every tool is open for your first 30 minutes, and you can extend that free
for 7 days, once. After that, 5S audits and their PDF, the action list, the
stopwatch, near-miss reports, 5 Whys, takt and OEE, floor notes and the whole
learning section stay free. The full version opens every other tool with a
single purchase — no subscription, no seats, no renewal.
