ES Archive MCP
Your AI Memory. It Remembers.

Give your AI a memory that lasts. Claude, ChatGPT & Codex remember your projects, decisions, and preferences across every session, stored privately in your iCloud.
AI assistants are capable. But every conversation starts from nothing: no memory of your projects, your decisions, your ongoing work. You explain yourself again. The AI catches up again. The continuity you want never arrives.
ES Archive changes the premise.
Connect ES Archive to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant, and your conversations gain a persistent, private archive that grows with every session. Your AI stores what matters, retrieves what is relevant, and builds context that carries forward. Not a chat history: a curated, searchable archive.
How it works
ES Archive runs a local MCP server on your Mac. Claude connects through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI assistants to local tools and data. Once connected, your AI reads from and writes to your archive: storing decisions, insights, and preferences as they emerge, and retrieving relevant context when you need it.
Every entry carries provenance: who wrote it, when, and how it has changed. Entries link into a graph you can explore, carry tags you curate, and keep their full revision history. Retrieval goes beyond search: semantic queries, exact text, time windows, and Unix-style pipelines that combine them.
Your archive lives in your iCloud account: private, encrypted, and entirely under your control. It syncs automatically across your Macs. Nothing reaches third-party servers.
What you get
An AI that remembers your projects, preferences, and decisions across every session. A searchable archive built from your conversations. Memory Scope, a visual graph that shows how your ideas connect and grow over time. And continuity: pick up exactly where you left off.
Compatible with Claude, LM Studio, and any MCP-compatible AI client.
Built for people who use AI seriously
ES Archive is for those who return to their AI assistant regularly and want something more than a capable stranger. Writers, researchers, developers, and anyone who has felt the friction of starting over, every single time.
The archive starts empty. It grows with you.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
The Tag Cloud now follows the persona picker: choose a persona to see only its tags, or "All" to see everyone's. It also updates as your archive changes, so new tags appear without reopening the window.
Reinstall the bundled skills after updating; recall results now show entry ages instead of raw timestamps, and the updated skills teach your assistant the new format.
