Chore Check helps families make sure chores actually get done — before the phone becomes the more interesting option.
A parent picks which chores matter and photographs each one done properly. That photo becomes the answer key. When a chore is due, the apps the parent chose are locked. The child does the chore, takes a quick photo or short video, and Chore Check compares it to the parent's example. If it matches, those apps unlock for a free-time window the parent has set. If it doesn't, it says what still needs doing.
No arguing about whether the room "counts" as clean. The photo settles it.

HOW IT WORKS
• A parent sets everything up behind a private PIN and takes an example photo of each chore done correctly.
• The parent picks which apps get locked while a chore is outstanding, using Apple's own app picker. Learning and coding apps can be marked always allowed.
• The child photographs the finished chore.
• The app compares it to the parent's example and unlocks on a pass.

BUILT WITH SAFETY IN MIND
• Real emergencies always get through. Phone calls and texts are never blocked, and there's an emergency option a parent can see the usage count for.
• Private by design. The parent PIN is stored scrambled on the device. Chore photos are used only to check that chore in the moment — they are not kept on our server. There is no advertising in Chore Check at all.
SUBSCRIPTION
Chore Check is a $4.99/month auto-renewing subscription. It includes everything above — there is no free tier, no locked features and no ads.
It has a 7 day free trial and then it is $4.99 a month
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
