Embark Bible
Bible Study App
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A quieter way to walk with Jesus.
Embark Bible opens with one question: what are you grateful for today? Say it out loud or type it. That single habit is the whole idea — a few honest words each morning, and Scripture meeting you where you actually are.
THE FULL BIBLE
Read the New Living Translation, or the Berean Standard Bible offline. Search every verse instantly. Highlight what matters in five colours, and copy or share any passage.
SPEAK, DON'T TYPE
Log how you're feeling with your voice. Nothing is recorded — your words are transcribed on your phone and saved there.
GUIDED PRAYERS, WRITTEN FOR YOU
Prayers built from what you journalled, grounded in real verses, written in your own voice so you can pray them as your own words.
LISTEN
Guided audio sessions with the words on screen as they're read, so you can follow along.
A GARDEN THAT GROWS
Twenty-two animals from Scripture arrive as you keep showing up — a lamb for gentleness, a lion for courage, an owl for wisdom. Each carries a characteristic you can hold onto and the verses behind it. They live across five worlds: a garden, a barn, an ark, the deep, and the heights.
TALK WITH THEM
Every friend is a Bible study leader with their own personality. Tell them what you're struggling with or grateful for, out loud or in writing, and they'll listen before pointing you somewhere in the gospel.
WIDGETS
Today's verse, your friend, or your streak on your Home Screen and Lock Screen.
YOUR WORDS STAY YOURS
No account. No sign-up. No ads, no tracking. Your journal, garden and highlights never leave your phone.
FREE, ALWAYS
The Bible, your journal, guided prayers and your garden are free and always will be. Embark Premium adds studies written from your own journal, longer guided sessions, unlimited conversations, and every voice.
