Genesis and now the Gospel of Mark on film, timed verse by verse to the whole Bible. New chapters of Mark arrive in the app as each film is finished.
You've always meant to read it. Now you can watch it — and read along.
Bible Movies puts the Bible on film, chapter by chapter, word for word — starting where the Bible starts, Genesis 1:1, and now with the life of Jesus in the Gospel of Mark. Every verse spoken on screen is timed to the text, so reading and watching become one thing.
WATCH
• Season One: Genesis 1–11 in eleven cinematic episodes. Episode 1 is free, forever.
• Season Two: the Gospel of Mark, arriving chapter by chapter as each film is finished — new chapters appear in the app without an update. Mark 1 is free.
• The words on screen as they're spoken, maps of the places, short notes on the people as they first appear, and a recap at the end of each episode.
• Follow along: open the verses while the film plays and the verse being spoken lights up.
• Chapter marks in every episode, and saved moments that bring you back to the exact second.
• Picture in Picture, and keep listening with the screen off.
• Watch offline — episodes you watch save themselves for next time.
• 78 short films, free, for where you are: anxiety, grief, hope, gratitude, prayer and more.
READ
• The whole Bible, all 66 books, in the Berean Standard Bible, free to read.
• Tap any verse in a filmed chapter and jump straight to its moment on film.
• Highlight in four colors, write notes on any verse, and share a verse as an image.
EXPLORE
• A timeline of the story in order, from creation to Babel.
• The people of Genesis, with the family line from Adam to Abram. Every age and year is cited to its verse.
• The places the story names, and search across episodes, people, places, films and every verse of the Bible.
• A study guide for every episode: the big idea, context, what to watch for, reflection questions and cross-references.
JOURNEY
• Guided plans: watch, read, reflect, pray. Four free plans built on short films, plus an 11-day walk through Genesis 1–11.
• A private journal for your answers and notes.
• An optional daily reminder with a verse.
The episodes are the Berean Standard Bible, word for word. The study notes say only what the text says, and each one points to the verses behind it.
No ads. No account. Your notes, highlights and journal stay on your device.

Season Two: the Gospel of Mark. Mark 1 is free and included in the app; Mark 2–9 are ready to watch, and new chapters of Mark now appear in the app as each film is finished, without an update.
Walk through Mark in Explore: a timeline of the story, the people who met Jesus, the places, and a study guide for every episode.
Playlists and repeat: make your own lists of films, shuffle them, and repeat one film or a whole list — it keeps playing with the screen locked.
Genesis 1–11 has been re-edited: the words on screen as they're spoken, maps of the places, short notes on the people, and a recap at the end of each episode.
