Noxreset is a local nighttime sound companion. Start a recording at bedtime, keep the phone nearby, and wake to a calm report of snoring-like activity, quiet intervals, and how the night sounded. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record nighttime sound on your iPhone after you tap Start Night Recording • Review snoring-like sound, pause-like quiet intervals, and microphone level in dBFS • Save a morning check-in: how you felt, optional notes, and simple tags • Compare recent nights with 7-night and 30-night trends • Play local soundscapes — white noise, soft rain, or a gentle fan — with a sleep timer • Set a wake alarm, optional Smart Wake window, bedtime reminder, and quiet-interval alerts • Try a 30-second demo or a labeled sample report without waiting overnight HOW A NIGHT WORKS 1. Place the phone face up on a stable surface, microphone uncovered, within arm’s reach. 2. Start a local recording. Noxreset listens on device and can continue while the screen is locked. 3. Optionally receive a local prompt after a possible quiet interval, or a wake notification in the morning. 4. End the recording, add how the night felt, and open the report: Overview, Patterns, Sounds, and Tips.
