Progress Gym | Ai Coach
Your in-ear gym coach
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your personal trainer talks to you in the gym.
Put your headphones on. Start the session. Tell him how many you did — he logs the reps, adjusts the load and runs the rest. Hands free, eyes on the bar.
IN-EAR VOICE COACH (Elite plan)
• “I did 8” — reps log themselves
• “It’s too heavy” — the next sets drop in weight
• “Skip the rest” — next set starts, no screen tap
Three hours a week of a PT in your ears. Nobody else has this.
AI ASSISTANT
Tell it the goal, days and duration: Progress Gym AI builds the week, the splits and the loads. You approve, or regenerate. At week’s end it reads your numbers and proposes the next plan.
NUTRITION
Daily calories, macros and meals calibrated to your weight, training type and goal. One tap to rebuild. Advice is indicative — for a clinical plan, see a professional.
IN THE GYM
Sets, reps, load and rest in the session. The timer starts on its own. Then volume charts, personal records and bodyweight. Every workout leaves a mark.
APPLE WATCH
Heart rate, intensity and timers from your wrist, synced in real time. Haptic cues: you don’t have to look at the phone every set.
COACH AND COMMUNITY
Your coach sees the session live, fine-tunes the plan and leaves feedback. Trophies, team challenges and GOGOGO! from whoever is training right now.

• Pro — €4.99/month. Everything in Free, ad-free, progress analysis, intensity techniques, AI on your numbers.
