Alynivo Agent brings your website's customer conversations to your iPhone and iPad.
On your site, the Alynivo chat answers common questions on its own. When it gets personal, you take over from the inbox — in one step and in the same chat, without the visitor having to start again.

GET INTO THE CONVERSATION FASTER
For websites with AI enabled, a single line above the conversation carries the essentials: the visitor's request, what has already been settled and what remains open. The details slide up when you need them, and the conversation stays in view. Creating a new summary uses one AI answer from the website's allowance; opening an unchanged saved summary again uses nothing.
SEVERAL WEBSITES
If you look after more than one site, they share a single inbox. You can see which website a request came from and switch to one site at a time.
NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT MESSAGE TEXT
A notification tells you that a request is waiting and which website it belongs to — never what it says. The app loads the content only after you open it. You decide what you want to be notified about, quiet hours included.

• Active Pro access for personal support: takeover, shared inbox and this app
Alynivo Agent is the free companion app for Alynivo on WordPress. An active free Pro trial for a connected website can provide the required access. The trial ends after at most 14 days or 200 successful AI answers in total and never becomes paid automatically. The trial is not purchased or started inside this app.
