Alynivo Agent brings your website's customer conversations to your iPhone and iPad.
On your site, the Alynivo chat answers common questions on its own. When it gets personal, you take over from the inbox — in one step and in the same chat, without the visitor having to start again.

NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT MESSAGE TEXT
A notification tells you that a request is waiting and which website it belongs to — never what it says. The app loads the content only after you open it. You decide what you want to be notified about, quiet hours included.
