Each of you secretly sets a number. You take turns. After every guess, only the digits in the exact right spot lock in. There is no “almost.” First to crack all four wins.
Don’t Peek is the couch version of that fight: one phone, a cover so nobody peeks, and a handoff after every guess. Repeats are allowed. Re-guessing 4444 because you got cocky is allowed too.
No one around? Play the phone — the CPU hunts your code fairly and never peeks at yours. Crack the Daily, one code the whole world shares. Or take the fight Online over Game Center: same rules, two phones, no cover needed.
Want panic? Blitz gives every guess ten seconds. Miss the clock, lose the turn.
